EXCHANGES:

We want you to be over the moon about your purchase & are happy to issue an exchange for a different item. All exchange shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. We only accept products that are undamaged and unopened. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will email you regarding how to order your requested product exchange.

Since c-cups and house portraits are custom & made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. 

Should you have any issues with your order, please email us at info@thatssofletch.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests for refunds, but can accommodate most exchanges if contacted within the 5 day window. After contacting us, you have 5 days to post the item with tracking to us at the address we send you. 

SHIPPING + HANDLING:

Your non custom order will be packed and shipped within one week of placing. You will be notified via email with a shipping notice. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment of custom house portraits or an order for multiple c-cups. These are hand painted with care. Trust me, it's worth the wait! 

Each package is carefully hand packaged. Once the package leaves our office, we are unable to control how it is handled by USPS. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by the USPS. If you have received product that is damaged or lost in the mail, please notify us by email at info@thatssofletch.com within 5 days of receiving the item and we will try our best to work something out. Please note that we do not offer refunds and cannot replace custom pieces.

We double check each order before it leaves our shop. However, if you receive something that is less than perfect from our end (the wrong print, flaw in the paper, etc.) we'll happily send you a brand spanking new one at no cost. Please notify us by email at info@thatssofletch.com within 5 days of receiving the item and include photos of the damaged or wrong items (this helps us with good ol' quality control). Please note that we do not offer refunds and cannot replace custom pieces.
