PRICING:
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Thats So Fletch site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current and error free.
All non custom orders will be processed within five business days and shipped within one week of placing.
Should you have any issues with your order, please email Fletch within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests for refunds, but can accommodate most exchanges if contacted within the 5 day window.
CUSTOM WORK PRICING:
Price quotes for custom work are available and active for 30 days. That's So Fletch reserves the right to adjust price quotes at any time (even before final approval).
Custom order processing times vary based on each project. However, most orders are shipped within 3 weeks after receiving final payment.
All payments for final designs are deemed as approval of project and are final.
All custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once deposit is received, the design process will start.
Custom physical orders from the shop will ship within 3 weeks of receiving final payment for your order. If you need something rushed, please email us and we can chat about rush fees.
